Remember how the RIAA sued a 12-year-old honor student and a 71-year-old grandfather? Or the time they sued a grandma for using KaZaA to download rap music when she didn't even own a PC? (She owned a Mac which could not use the software.)
Now they're suing a half-paralyzed stroke victim who survives off of a disability check.
Nobody ever accused them of being sweethearts.

The RIAA never ceases to amaze me. They are nothing but bullies, and with the number of counter suits they are facing now, you'd think they might want to back off for a bit.
Guess not.
