Today is my two-year anniversary of daily blogging. I started blogging without a break on August 2, 2003. 731 days. Whew.
Of course, I have cheated a bit some times. Blogging a day ahead or behind when things like travel and international date lines got in my way. Blogging past midnight some nights and counting that as the "next day," then being able to slide until just before midnight two days later. But I've got some 1200 or so posts in those 731 days, so it's not like I haven't made up for it and then some. And I did do quite a bit of blogging before then, I just missed a day every week or so. But 8/2/03 was when I decided to make it a habit.
I gotta get a life!
Congratulations! Impressive in itself, but more to the point your entries have a very high signal-to-noise ratio, if you know what I mean. Very interesting, insightful and informative.
See you here two years from now? Brad.

Approx how many hours a day does this blogging thing consume, in total?
What is your long term plan?
Blog for your entire life, until death do you two part?

Thanks, Brad. YKW, it can take a few minutes to several hours, depending. I'll just be blogging as long as I feel like it.

You inspired me to go daily, and for that, I thank you! My posts are nowhere as detailed or lengthy as yours, but it is still a chore.
